Soya NutsWhen mature soybeans are soaked in water, rinsed,
then baked or roasted, they become soy nuts, a crispy snack. They can even be
crushed into nut butter, however while having a wackier texture than other soy
products, they taste like other soy products. Due to their abundance in fiber,
plant protein, isoflavones, and other minerals, soya nuts may aid in weight
loss, improve heart and bone health, and provide other advantages. Cholesterol
levels may be lowered and other heart disease risk factors may be improved by
